Episode 100 Jeremy Martin The Successful Home Inspector Podcast

Jeremy Martin

As the owner of the company, let me start off by making you a BIG Promise. If we inspect your home or condo and you are not 100% satisfied with our inspection – you pay absolutely nothing for the inspection.

After more than 5 years in the Home Inspection Business, I’ve seen many fly-by-night Home Inspectors come and go. I feel sorry for the home buyers that are victimized by these unscrupulous operators.

I’m so confident in our inspections that I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.

You see, I understand this is an important step in your life. This Guarantee is just one more way to demonstrate my desire and commitment to meet and exceed your expectations. Also, I want to ensure you have an enjoyable real estate experience.

So at All-Pro Home Inspections, I offer a simple, no weasel words Guarantee. Attend home inspection in your surrounding areas, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell the inspector before receiving your report and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!

How Can We Guarantee an Home Inspection?

It’s easy. We find more defects than our competition. The end result is that you save more money. Most contracts allow negotiations with the seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. So the more defects we find, the more money you save.

We don’t rush. This allows us time to do a thorough inspection of your new home or condo. This also means we charge a little more than most of our competitors.

You don’t want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.

Cheap home inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason why they’re cheap.

Episode 93 William Chandler

William Chandler
William Chandler

We performed our first, fee paid, inspection in 1986 for the Resolution Trust Corporation during the S&L crisis.  We take great pride in being the most qualified and experienced building inspection firm in our market.  We are fully licensed and insured to provide any inspection you may need – pre-purchase, due diligence home/building inspection, WDO/termite, indoor air quality, water/lead testing, radon testing, code compliance, fire, safety, ADA, cost reserve schedules, repair/cost to cure estimates, asset verification, insurability/underwriting compliance inspections, cost replacement valuations, FHA 203K, weatherization, constructability reviews, new construction inspections, construction management and expert witness testimony…timely and professionally.

With us, you know who you are working with.  Unlike many web based firms, we do not subcontract your inspection to the lowest bidder.  If you hire us, we perform the inspection and we submit the report.  If you have questions, you speak directly to the inspector who assessed the building.

Our business philosophy is based upon one goal:  We treat your property as though it were our own investment.

We maintain TWIC security clearance from the Department of Homeland Security for access to sensitive areas such as ports, transportation terminals, DOE/DOD facilities, military bases, NASA and other listed sites.

Seattle Home Inspector Jim Estrada
Seattle Home Inspector Jim Estrada

Jim Estrada, president and lead inspector for Property Inspector LLC, has an incredible passion for the inspection business. After graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Chemistry at the age of twenty, he was involved for the last thirty five years in extensive remodeling projects and property management. He graduated at the top of his class from Inspection Training Association, the premier home inspection school.

Jim has been inspecting for almost 15 years and preformed over 10,000 inspections. His inspections exceed the Standards of Practice of ASHI, (The American Society of Home Inspectors); he’s a certified member of ASHI, and on the ASHI local Board. His inspections also exceed the Standards of Practice for the State of Washington where he holds his Certified Inspector License #210. He is licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture #65027 as a Structural Pest Inspector for detecting Wood Destroying Organisms. These inspections are recommended along with all home inspections.

Jim says:

“We’ve been doing a great job for over 5,000 happy home owners in the Greater Seattle Bellevue Metropolitan Area for almost 15 years now. If you have been to our website, you’ve read what some of those folks have to say about our service and follow up resources. Before I got into the home inspection business, I remodeled and managed properties for more than twenty five years.

Very few inspectors in Greater Seattle have that kind of experience – experience that we put to work for you at your home inspection. We can communicate in English,  Chinese, Filipino, and Spanish with our reporting WE WORK FOR YOU!

Not the Realtor or the Seller, or the lender, or anyone else. Most of all, we have a genuine interest in seeing that our Clients are given our clearest and most honest opinions about the conditions in the home they are considering. We’ll tell you what we see. We’ll talk to you about how important anything might be, and we’ll discuss what your options are. We are a full-service inspection company, and we are out to do you a great job.”
