I received my B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 2003. I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute Master Course. They are the largest home inspection training company in North America, and have been a leader in home inspection training since 1993.
Specialties:I am a Virginia Beach home inspector that provides an in-depth visual examination of the structure and major systems of the home. My home inspection will take 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home to insure that there are no post purchase surprises. My job as a home inspector is analogous to that of a general medical practitioner finding something wrong with their patient, and then recommending a specialist if one is needed.
