Dan Deist
Dan Deist

I started TTBS in 2004 out of my home. We have grown to fill our own facility in Gaithersburg. I have been blessed to have found excellent employees along the way and have been fortunate to have been selected by some of the best real estate agents in the area to work with their buyers. We now have three distinct departments that have focused on the providing superior service. I have licensed inspectors providing an entire suite of inspection services, our real estate sign post department delivers and pickups signs for hundreds of agents throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia and our carpet and upholstery cleaning department was built on over 18 years of experience. We provide an excellent warranty and unparalleled service. My biggest regret is that I haven’t thanked all the people who have helped me grow my business enough. Saying it one time is simply poor. I truly appreciate all God has given me and those who have trust in our company. Thanks for all your support!
