Dan helped found Inspection Support Network in 2000. Dan has been training inspectors and real estate agents across North American for over 25 years. He was a top producing real estate agent for many years including being a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He founded Home Pride Inspections in 1997 which is a multi-inspector firm and market leader in Las Vegas, Nevada with over 35,000 inspections performed. He sold in 2012 to focus completely on the growth of Inspection Support. Dan’s understanding of the business needs of the inspector, real estate agent and client has helped the Inspection Support Network stay focused on real world solutions for growing inspection companies whether they are sole proprietors or multi-inspector firms.

About Paul: Paul has had a passion for real estate since he was small. His mother always said that he came inside the house after a long day outside with half the real estate in the neighborhood stained on his clothes. So now you know, this is how it all began. With 26 years of advertising agency experience and another 22 since he bought his first investment property, Paul has grown a thriving real estate practice. His disciplines include residential, commercial and investment real estate in many areas of the country and of course the main focus, North and South Carolina. He has used his years of advertising to also help his clients, learn, sell and evaluate the creative side of the real estate market. Paul is also host of a weekly radio show “Your Real Estate today” Where he brings to his listeners the opportunity to learn about different opportunities and sheds the light on the positive news that our market and country lack today. “I love what I do” Paul says. Fox Inspection Group was founded in 1989 by Gordon and Lesley Fox. From its humble beginning as a single inspector company, it has expanded over the years and now is comprised of multiple inspectors and office staff. Since we now also provide Wood Destroying Insect Inspections, Swimming Pool Inspections, and HVAC Inspections, we have updated our name to Fox Residential Services Group.

The success of this company is due mainly to following a simple philosophy about real estate: we put ourselves in the home buyers’ shoes and treat them like family.
